Available dates are GREEN.  Not certain is YELLOW.  Definitely booked is RED.
The apartment is ONLY AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO AUGUST EVERY SUMMER. Reservations for summer 2012 are encouraged NOW if you want this super deal. There is a distinct possibility that at some future time it will be rented out around the year. During 2011/2012 this apartment may be available some weekends and during school holidays.
