Looking at the canal from the Garden Ring bridge.

To get here from Paveletskaya (train or metro) just follow the Garden Ring to the canal. Turn left at the canal without crossing it. Walk 300 meters left (North-West, towards the center).

Red Square is 1 mile straight and 1/4 mile to your right. You are within the Garden Ring that surrounds the central 5% of Moscow.

Since this is an openly and shamelessly illegal and clandestine operation I've scratched out the number.

You will receive our complete address upon proving to our satisfaction you are neither racket not a government inspector.

[picture hidden to give a measure of protection] And that's the building.

You have your back to the canal. The entrance is from the left.

  [hidden] The entrance.
[hidden] Press the buzzer button to get the door to open.
  The descent.
Mattress on the floor type sleeping arrangement.

Woman not included but this specific one probably would not mind to hear from an intelligent and original - yes, she has this thing about character and verbal ability and something else very few of us possess -  man of 40-something.

But please no assholes, and being one myself I will recognize you easily, and dump on you a load of my less-than-pleasant nature.

You can sleep on one of the couches too.
  Clean functional shower.

See comment above.

No seat but after a while you will get used and appreciate cold porcelain as a simpler, cheaper, and healthier alternative to coffee.
A little oven with a heating element.
  Some utensils are kicking around.
A sink of a rather Spartan character.
